Account info — if you register, we store your name, email, and password (encrypted, never stored in plain text).

Order info — when you check out, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and phone number (optional) to fulfill your order.

Payment info — payments are processed directly by Stripe — MadKrab never sees or stores your card number.

Contact form — if you message us, we collect your name, email, subject, and message to respond to you.

How We Use Your Information

To process and ship orders, send order confirmations and account emails (like password resets), respond to your messages, and — if enabled — understand site traffic through Google Analytics.

Cookies

We use two functional cookies: one to remember your cart between visits, and one to keep you logged in if you have an account. Neither is used for advertising.

Third-Party Services

Stripe — payment processing.

AWS (Amazon Web Services) — sends transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets) and hosts our infrastructure.

Google Analytics — anonymized traffic analytics, if enabled.

Amazon — some MadKrab products are sold through our Amazon storefront, which has its own separate privacy policy.

Data Retention

We keep order and account records as long as your account is active or as needed for tax/legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out through our Contact page.
