Agreement to Terms

By using madkrab.com (the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Who We Are

MadKrab is an independent apparel and art brand based in Berkeley, California. These Terms cover browsing the Site, creating an account, and buying products from us.

Accounts

You can shop as a guest or create an account with an email and password. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.

Products, Pricing & Availability

We try to keep product details, images, and prices accurate, but mistakes happen — colors may vary by screen, and an item can sell out before your order goes through. If something you ordered isn’t actually available, or was priced incorrectly, we’ll contact you to cancel or adjust that item before charging you.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy — we accept it once payment is processed and the order is confirmed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; MadKrab never sees or stores your full card number.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once an order ships, it’s in the carrier’s hands — MadKrab isn’t responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or weather, but reach out if something seems lost and we’ll help sort it out.

Returns & Refunds

Not happy with your order? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Reach out via our Contact page before sending anything back so we can walk you through it.

Intellectual Property

Every design on MadKrab is original artwork, and all site content — designs, photos, logos, and text — belongs to MadKrab. You’re welcome to share and enjoy it, but please don’t reproduce, resell, or reuse our designs without asking first.

Acceptable Use

Don’t use the Site to do anything illegal, attempt to disrupt or hack it, or misuse the contact form (looking at you, bots). We can suspend or refuse service to anyone who does.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is.” We work to keep everything accurate and running smoothly but can’t guarantee the Site will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, MadKrab isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as MadKrab grows. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
